Base Station is the heart of the system providing all the control and test instruction. In addition manage all the wireless network traffic, collect the smart sensors information, directly from every parking lot detector or from repeater if needed, and acts like an interface to thirty part systems.
It may transmit the complete information to an external agent through different available optional interfaces through GSM/GPRS, 3G, Wifi, WIMAX, etc....
There are two different models, for use with battery powered wireless sensors 868Mhz (optional 915Mhz) or with cabled powered sensors. In cabled sensor the power and data information goes through cable.
